Junior Application Integration Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Application Integration Specialist to join our Team. As a leader providing single-sign-on (SSO) and identity management solutions, we are looking for an individual who can proficiently handle application integration and provides exceptional client support. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their integration needs and requirements.
• Guide clients though the application integration process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and integration steps to clients with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
• Provide expert guidance on the mandatory requirements and best practices for successful integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring clients’ satisfaction and success.
• Employ your knowledge of Linux administration, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies to support integration efforts.
• Utilize tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and Vagrant to automate deployment processes and ensure scalability.
• Leverage proficiency in Git for version control to manage code repositories and streamline collaboration.
• Utilize scripting skills, including PowerShell, Java script, Bash, Groovy to automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Utilize skills in: JSON, XML, HTML, CSS
• Continuously expand knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in integration and identity management.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to interact with clients effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience or working knowledge on Linux server administering.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS (AZURE is a plus).
• Basic knowledge in Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Familiarity with scripting and markup languages such as PowerShell, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and Vagrant for automation is a plus.
• Experience with SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2 protocols is a plus.
• Experience with identity management solutions is a plus.
