We are looking for Computer Systems Technician to work on-site at our client in Sofia.
Main responsibilities:

Assisting employees in their daily work with office applications;
-
Troubleshooting problems with user computers;
-
Installing office applications;
-
Installing and reinstalling user computers;
-
Connecting user computers to the existing network;
-
Collaborating with colleagues and users from abroad;
-
Connecting to office printers and scanners locally or over a network;
-
Accepting requests via email, request system or corporate chat;
-
Daily reporting of activities performed;
-
Preparing monthly reports on activities performed.
Required knowledge and skills:
-
MS Windows 11 – good knowledge of installation and configuration;
-
MS Office – knowledge of operation and configuration of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.;
-
Experience with antivirus programs – Windows Deffender, ESET, Avast, etc.;
-
Knowledge of email – basic email clients, email storage files, POP3, IMAP, SMTP;
-
Basic knowledge of networks – IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, ping, tracert, etc.;
-
Good working level of English.
