We are looking for an Implementation and Support Specialist to join our software team in Plovdiv.
Responsibilities:
- Knowing and understanding of customer requirements for software products and systems;
- Participation in the software products and systems development process;
- Participation in documentation development;
- Participation in the preparation of test planning and quality assurance;
- Preparing and executing a plan for implementing a software product or system in a customer environment;
- Maintenance of software products/systems;
- Participation in the process of diagnosis and handling software deficiencies.
Requirements:
- Computer Science Education;
- Knowledge of Information Technology;
- Experience in the implementation and maintenance of software systems;
- Good level of English language;
- Customer service skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Communication skills and presentation skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Systematic and analytical thinking;
- Motivation to achieve high performance and to improve qualifications
Advantages:
